Banana Corporation(이하 "회사")은 TAS RUN 앱(이하 "서비스") 이용자의 개인정보를 중요시하며, 「개인정보 보호법」 등 관련 법령을 준수합니다.
서비스는 아래 제3자 서비스를 사용하며, 각 서비스로 일부 데이터가 전송될 수 있습니다.

회원 탈퇴 시까지 보유하며, 탈퇴 시 즉시 파기합니다. 단, 관련 법령에 따라 일정 기간 보존이 필요한 정보는 해당 기간 동안 보관합니다.
회사는 이용자의 개인정보를 원칙적으로 제3자에게 제공하지 않습니다. 다만, 다음의 경우에는 예외로 합니다.
서비스 운영을 위해 아래와 같이 개인정보가 국외로 이전될 수 있습니다.
개인정보의 수집 및 이용 목적이 달성된 후에는 해당 정보를 지체 없이 파기합니다. 전자적 파일은 복구 불가능한 방법으로 삭제하며, 종이 문서는 분쇄하거나 소각합니다.
TAS RUN은 러닝 경로 기록, 영토 시스템, 지도 표시를 위해 GPS 위치 정보를 수집합니다. 위치 정보는 러닝 중에만 수집되며, 이용자가 러닝을 시작할 때 위치 권한을 허용한 경우에만 수집됩니다. Mapbox 지도 렌더링 과정에서 현재 지도 뷰포트(대략적 위치)가 Mapbox 서버로 전송됩니다.
프로필 사진을 변경할 때 카메라 또는 기기 사진 라이브러리에 접근할 수 있습니다. 이 권한은 사진 선택·촬영 목적으로만 사용되며, 이용자가 선택한 이미지만 서버에 업로드됩니다. 설정 앱에서 언제든지 권한을 철회할 수 있습니다.
서비스는 러닝 완료, 크루 활동, 공지 등을 알리기 위해 Expo 푸시 알림 서비스를 이용합니다. 알림 발송을 위해 기기의 Expo 푸시 토큰이 서버에 저장됩니다. 기기 설정에서 알림 권한을 거부하거나, 앱 내 설정 > 알림에서 알림 유형별로 수신을 제어할 수 있습니다.
iOS 기기에서 "건강 앱 연동" 기능을 활성화하면 Apple HealthKit에 기록된 외부 운동 앱(나이키 런클럽, 가민 커넥트, 스트라바 등)의 워크아웃 데이터를 읽어 포인트를 지급합니다.
서비스는 광고 목적의 기기 식별자(IDFA, GAID 등)를 수집하지 않습니다. 앱 내부 인증(JWT 토큰) 및 푸시 알림 발송을 위한 기기 토큰만 수집하며, 이는 서비스 운영 목적으로만 사용됩니다.
본 서비스는 만 14세 미만 아동의 이용을 허용하지 않습니다. 만 14세 미만 이용자는 회원가입 및 서비스 이용이 불가합니다. 만 14세 미만 아동의 개인정보가 수집된 사실을 발견한 경우, 즉시 k_5516@nate.com으로 연락 주시면 해당 정보를 삭제 처리합니다.
이용자는 언제든지 다음 방법으로 본인의 개인정보 삭제를 요청할 수 있습니다.
삭제 후에는 법령에 의해 보존 의무가 있는 정보(접속 로그 3개월, 전자상거래 기록 5년)를 제외한 모든 개인정보가 복구 불가능한 방법으로 삭제됩니다.
이용자는 언제든지 자신의 개인정보에 대해 열람, 수정, 삭제를 요청할 수 있으며, 회원 탈퇴를 통해 개인정보 처리를 거부할 수 있습니다.
본 방침은 시행일로부터 적용되며, 변경 시 앱 내 공지를 통해 안내합니다.

Personal information is retained until account deletion. Upon deletion, all data is immediately destroyed. However, information required to be retained by applicable laws will be stored for the legally mandated period.

When personal information is no longer needed, it will be destroyed without delay. Electronic files are deleted using irreversible methods, and paper documents are shredded or incinerated.
TAS RUN collects GPS location data for running route tracking, territory system, and map display. Location data is collected only during active runs and only when the user has granted location permission. During Mapbox map rendering, the current map viewport (approximate location) is transmitted to Mapbox servers.
The app may access the camera or device photo library when you choose to update your profile photo. This permission is used solely for selecting or capturing a photo, and only the image you select is uploaded to the server. You can revoke this permission at any time in the device Settings app.
The Service uses Expo's push notification service to send notifications about run completions, crew activity, and announcements. Your device's Expo push token is stored on our servers for this purpose. You can deny notification permission on your device, or control each notification type individually in the app under Settings > Notifications.
When you enable the "Health App Sync" feature on iOS, the Service reads workout data recorded by third-party apps (Nike Run Club, Garmin Connect, Strava, etc.) from Apple HealthKit to award points.
The Service does not collect advertising identifiers (IDFA, GAID, etc.). Only tokens required for in-app authentication (JWT) and push notification delivery are collected, and these are used solely for service operation.
This Service is not intended for users under the age of 14. Users under 14 may not register or use the Service. If we become aware that personal information has been collected from a user under 14, we will delete it immediately. Please contact us at k_5516@nate.com if you believe such data has been collected.
Users may request deletion of their personal data at any time using the following methods:
Upon deletion, all personal data will be destroyed using irreversible methods, except information we are legally required to retain (access logs for 3 months, e-commerce records for 5 years).
Users may request access to, correction of, or deletion of their personal information at any time. Users may also refuse the processing of their personal information by deleting their account.
This policy is effective from the date stated above. Any changes will be announced through the app.
